The 2012 FSE-20 conference will take place at the Embassy Suites Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle in Cary, North Carolina. The hotel offers two-room hotel suites with free high-speed Internet access, two televisions, two telephones, an in-room refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker. In addition to being only a ten-minute complimentary hotel shuttle ride from the Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU), hotel guests receive a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast each morning and a Manager's Reception each evening featuring your favorite beverages (beer, wine and cocktails) and light refreshments.

To Reserve Your Room

Rooms will be available at the 2012 FSE-20 conference rate of $139 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy, from November 7, 2010, through November 20, 2012.

Starting in mid-November, 2011, Embassy Suites' Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle website will be able to accept reservations for the conference. We'll have a link to the conference-specific reservation page here and we'll provide the group code you'll need to enter.

Reservations will also be able to be made by phone directly with the hotel at 1-919-677-1840, or toll free from within the U.S. at 1-800-276-7415. The group code you'll need to provide in order to get the group rate will be available in mid-November, 2011.

Important Dates

The hotel reservation cut-off date is October 12, 2012. Reservation requests after the cut-off date are subject to availability at the hotel's prevailing rates.

Directions & Transportation

From downtown Raleigh:

1. Take I-40 West toward RDU Airport and Exit 287 (Harrison Avenue)
2. Turn left (south) at the end of the exit ramp onto Harrison Avenue
3. Go through the first two lights
4. Turn right on Harrison Oaks Boulevard
5. The hotel is located 1/2 mile on the right

From 15-501 North or South from Chapel Hill or Durham:

1. Take I-40 East for 18 miles to Exit 287 (Harrison Avenue)
2. Turn right (south) at the end of the exit ramp onto Harrison Avenue
3. Go through one light
4. Turn right on Harrison Oaks Boulevard
5. The hotel is located 1/2 mile on the right
